DevOps Engineer.

Roles & responsibilities

  • Manage, monitor and maintain customer infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipeline automations.
  • Improve cloud reliability, security and observability.
  • Collaborate with developers to streamline build and release workflows.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues.
  • Design backup, recovery and business-continuity procedures for customer environments.
  • Maintain infrastructure documentation, runbooks and access-control records.
  • Review resource usage and recommend practical performance and cost improvements.
  • Participate in incident response and document preventative follow-up actions.
