Roles & responsibilities

Manage, monitor and maintain customer infrastructure.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipeline automations.
Improve cloud reliability, security and observability.
Collaborate with developers to streamline build and release workflows.
Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues.
Design backup, recovery and business-continuity procedures for customer environments.
Maintain infrastructure documentation, runbooks and access-control records.
Review resource usage and recommend practical performance and cost improvements.
Participate in incident response and document preventative follow-up actions.
